NOTE:  No matter what your age, no one -- that means not anyone at all --
can legally force you into aborting your baby.  It's the law.  It's your choice.
You can refuse to sign & report the crime.  Call A Center for Women (407) 628-5433.

Are you a victim of WORKPLACE COERCION?
Is your boss/your partner/anyone pressuring you into an abortion?

Protecting unborn babies and their parents from abortion is a huge challenge.
Under the pressure of finding out you or someone you love is in the crisis
of an unplanned pregnancy, it can seem like a waste of time to stop to think,
to gather all the facts, to make a careful, wise decision.  The decision to abort
is not reversible -- take your time, learn all you can about the personal pain
and the lasting effects of abortion.

ABORTION FAQ's YOU MAY NOT KNOW:
  • In  the past 34 years since Roe vs Wade, over 48 million Americans
    have lost their lives to abortion, right here on American soil.

  • At least 43% of American women will have at least one abortion
    before they turn 45.*
    • 56% of these women are in their 20's;
    • 37% are African American;
    • 61% have one or more children;
    • 67% have never married;
    • 88% live in a metropolitan area; &
    • 78% report a strong religious affiliation.*

  • Many women who have aborted -- as well as the men who fathered
    their children, other extended family members, including aunts and uncles
    and grandparents, even close family friends -- suffer from "post-abortion trauma."

    A note about post-abortion stress trauma:  "post" means after -- for most women
    who abort (and for those related to her or assisting or encouraging or insisting on
    her abortion), the worst of the POST or AFTER trauma does not occur immediately.
    It occurs 3-7 years later when she experiences the common side effect of having
    a miscarriage or two from a much-desired pregnancy or as she lives with the
    Pelvic Inflammatory Disease acquired from an abortion done without STD testing
    or as she gains knowledge about the nature of the life she ended. Learn more about
    the medical and personal nature of this post-abortion-stress trauma here  >  >  >

    This trauma can lead to feelings of depression, overwhelming
    anxiety, unexplained anger, feelings of alienation from God, social isolation
    and much more  >  >  >

  • Approximately 1 out of every 6 women aborting is a Christian who
    attends church weekly.**

  • Compared to women who carry and deliver their babies, women who
    choose abortion to deal with an unplanned pregnancy subsequently require
    more outpatient psychiatric care.***

  • Those women (and men and family members) who are suffering
    from past abortion choices rarely choose to share their "secret"
    for fear of judgment even harsher than their own self-condemnation.

  • According to one study done by THE ELLIOT INSTITUTE:
    *94% regretted having had an abortion
    *55% of partner relationships ended within 1 month post abortion
    *72% stated that abortion did not improve their lives at all
    *the average length of time to begin to heal from the abortion = 7.5 years***

  • Christian teens who report having had an abortion consistently say
    they would rather stand before God with an abortion in their past than
    in front of their church families with an out-of-wedlock pregnancy.

  • Many Christians describe themselves as either "pro-abortion" or
    as people who see the issue as "too political for the Church to discuss."

A CENTER FOR WOMEN is committed to helping you and those you care about
make that kind of fully informed decision which can protect not only
your unborn baby, but you as well.

One of the reasons a woman may choose abortion is that she has
never seen what an abortion is.  If that is true for you,
you can watch a live video of an abortion procedure and
see the still photos of a live abortion procedure from this site:
www.abortionno.org
Be warned:  this is graphic viewing of a surgical abortion in progress.

Please call us for a confidential
and caring consultation about your crisis pregnancy situation
or to find help dealing with the pain or trauma of a past abortion.
